At The Scooter Guys, all sales are considered final. Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.
Defective or Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged or has a manufacturer defect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at motorsportsplug@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We will work with the manufacturer to determine warranty eligibility and provide the appropriate resolution.
Manufacturer Warranty
